Data Sorting
In addition to filtering, the Feedback Management section of the platform features a “Sort by” option.

This option allows you to organise feedback based on:
Newest reply = Feedback with the most recent reply from you or your customer/employee will appear at the top.
Oldest reply = Feedback with the oldest reply from you or your customer/employee will be listed first.
Newest feedback = The most recent feedback will be positioned at the top.
Oldest feedback = The oldest feedback will be listed first.
The default setting is “Newest reply“, which cannot be changed.
