Quick Actions

While creating or adjusting a flow in the “Flow Editor” section of the campaign’s main menu, you can take quick actions that can help you manage the flow.

These are the quick actions we offer:

Drag-and-drop: Did you instert your new element to the end of the page instead of the beginning of the flow? You can simply move the queue of the elements by using this drag-and-drop option.

Duplicate: Creating a similar question? Use the duplicate option to save some time. Duplicate has everything besides

Conditioning Edit: This allows you to make any changes within the element, such as wording, design, conditioning, etc.

Delete: Remove the unwanted question from the flow. If you have already collected data for the question, you won’t use it—the question statistics will be marked as “INACTIVE” in the Results.

Have you deleted a question by mistake? Click on the context menu (3 dots) located in the right top corner and choose the option “Restore question”.

A new page pops up where you select the questions you’d like to restore. Confirm the selection by the “restore” option in the “Action” dropdown or at the end of the row. If you are not sure you are restoring the correct question, click on the specific row for details to show up.
