We divide our widgets into three main categories:

1. Simple widgets
Showing one specific metric with a clear result, number of feedback and without much detail. Used for a bigger-picture overview, highlighting key metrics without going into detail.

2. Variation & progress widgets
Display more detailed data as you progress within the metric, with options to categorise this progress by specific time frames (day/week/month). Alternatively, use widgets to highlight variations at different organisational levels (organisation/team/employee). These widgets emphasise the details, allowing for a top-down overview of data – from the company level down to the individual. Use the variation dropdown or the “group by” time frame switch placed on the top of the widget to apply the options.

3. Custom widgets
These widgets can be customised based on your needs. The most common adjustment is adding a KPI target value to compare the actual performance with KPIs easily.

Favourite is also the so-called “Map Widget”, which is suitable for global clients and offers an overview of country performance, highlighting the best and worst performers for the key metric. Just contact your Customer Success Manager to find the best solution for you.

No matter the category, each widget offers you Data filtering and Data export.
