Creating a Flow

You can start setting up the flow by visiting the “Flow Editor” tab in the campaign’s main menu and clicking on the “+ Add flow” button.

A new page pops up where you start creating your new feedback flow. This flow is automatically named “Flow X”. It is saved as a draft, signalling that the flow is in the making and has a default language (the language of your organisation).

You can start creating your new flow by clicking on the “+ Add the first question or element” option.

The elements library pops up, where you can choose from various metrics, questions or other elements. Feel free to check out the Elements Library article to find out more about what the Staffino flow editor has to offer.

Once your new flow is ready, click on:
“Publish” button to confirm the settings and save the flow.
“Preview” button to go through the whole flow without leaving actual feedback.
