Filter Preset

Estimated reading: 2 min 36 views

When you apply the same filter repeatedly, we recommend you use the filter preset. This option allows you to save the values from the general filter only – preset can’t be set for the date filter. Visit the Data Filtering section for more information about filters.

Presets are listed in the dropdown, right next to the filter input field under the “Presets” options. This option is only visible if you have saved filters.

How to save a filter/How to make a preset?

First, you need to choose all the attributes you’d like to filter. Use a checkbox to select the relevant attribute for filtering, or help yourself with the “exclude selection” switch when you want to exclude a few attributes.
To apply the filter, click on the “Apply” button or click anywhere outside the filter. All currently applied filters are shown under the filter input field highlighted in grey.

Once you do so, a new option, “+Save preset“, appears next to the filter input field. Click on the option for the preset configuration window to pop up.
Name your preset using some keywords describing the filtered results (Weekly NPS, Quarterly Call Center) and click on the “Save” button.

How to apply a preset?

Once you create a preset, the option “Presets” appears right next to the filter input field. When you click on it, a list of presets appears. Choose the one you need, and it will be applied within seconds. The currently applied preset is shown under the filter input field.

How to remove the applied preset?

The currently applied preset is shown under the filter input field with a little “x” next to it. Click on the “x” to remove the preset and display all the data.

How to delete a preset completely?

If your saved filters no longer suit your needs, simply click on the “Presets” option and click on the “x” right next to the preset you want to delete.

⚠️ Please note that no additional confirmation for deletion is required, so your preset will be removed immediately.

Can I apply more presets at once?

No, only one preset can be active at the time.

⚠️ Please note that the filter preset can’t be shared with different accounts. Every user needs to create a preset on their own.
