Flow Buttons

While creating or adjusting a flow in the “Flow Editor” section of the campaign’s main menu, you’ll encounter so-called buttons. These buttons either confirm the feedback submission or move the customer/employee to the next page while filling in a longer survey.

Please note that buttons are always visible as the last element on the page, and their placement can’t be changed. However, you can change the colour and the wording of the button.

Simply click on the button element and fill in the button text (the number of characters is limited to 20) or adjust the color by choosing from the preselected pallete or by filling in the HEX code.

If you would like to add a button among the flow elements or on the End screen, choose the “Button” option from the Elements library. You can configure various styles, button text, color, actions, and insert a URL.

āš ļø Please note that this button element does not transfer to another page or submit feedback. This option is suitable, for example, when you want to redirect the customer/employee to your website, terms and conditions, or similar resources.

Buttons are also supported for Translations.
