Campaigns are part of the Workspaces.

Each campaign represents a team/group of teams and a set of flows connected to it. Usually, one customer journey is covered by one campaign.

The campaign page consists of so-called “campaign blocks”, which consist of the name of the campaign, the time of its creation and the time of the last update of the campaign. You can also see the amount of feedback (responses) collected from the beginning of the campaign in these blocks. If you click on the block, you’ll be redirected to the results and detailed feedback of the chosen campaign.

If you check out the top right corner of the block, a few options are available:

Open: The same action as clicking on the block itself, choosing this option will redirect you to the detailed results of the selected campaign.

Rename: This option allows you to change the name of the campaign (fully internal information). Please note the name of the campaign is the same for the whole organisation. In case you change the name of the campaign, it will be visible to all users.

Move campaign: Use this option to move the selected campaign to a different workspace (more information here: Workspaces).

Pin to home/Remove the pin: Adding a pin will add the required campaign to the Main navigation bar, giving you the easiest access to it. To remove the pin, use the option “Remove pin” or choose a new campaign to replace the original pin. Please note you are able to pin only one campaign at a time.

Delete: (more information here: How to delete an existing campaign)

You are able to perform the following actions on the Campaign page:*

*If you want to know more information about any of these parts of the platform, just click on the point so you can be redirected to the relevant section.

Creating a campaign

Creating a new campaign takes less than a minute.

First, you need to open the Campaign page.

Once there, find a workspace for which you want to create a new campaign.

Click on the “+ Create” option and name your new campaign. Usually, the name of the campaign represents the team, product or process on which we are collecting the feedback.

That’s it! You have just created a new campaign.

Deleting a campaign

Deleting a campaign takes less than a minute.

First, you need to open the Campaign page.

Once there, find a campaign you want to delete. Click on the “context menu (three dots)” option and choose the option “Delete”. A new window will pop up, asking you to confirm your action.

That’s it! You have just deleted an existing campaign.

Restoring a campaign

f you deleted any campaign by mistake, you can simply restore it.

First, you need to open the Campaign page.

Once there, click on the “context menu (three dots)” option placed in the top right corner of the first workspace.

You’ll be redirected to a new page where all deleted campaigns from your organisation are located with the following information:

  • The name of the campaign
  • The amount of feedback collected within the campaign
  • The number of flows in the campaign
  • Date of campaign creation
  • Date of campaign removal

You are able to sort the list based on any of the parameters above. If you want to restore just one specific campaign, hover over the row it is placed in and click on the “context menu (three dots)” option. Choose the “Restore” option from the dropdown. Confirm your action in the pop-up window, and your campaign will be restored! If you want to restore more campaigns at once, use the checkbox to select more rows. Click on the “Action” button afterwards and restore all selected campaigns.

Once you confirm the action, all campaigns will be restored. You can delete restored campaigns anytime.
