Distribution Stats

Starting from the top of the page, you can find a simple date filter—a calendar picker. This allows you to check the distribution statistics for a specific time given as a summary (not day by day).

The first table consists of the following information:

  • Distribution: name of the trigger the import was processed through
  • Data source: name of the data source the import was processed through (more about Data Sources here)
  • Rows: number of rows received within the import, before any data validation is applied
  • Matched conditions: number of rows that met the conditions for feedback request distribution (based on the trigger setup)
  • Sent: number of feedback requests sent out of all rows with matched conditions (spam protection applies)
  • Failed: number of rows that did not meet the conditions for feedback request distribution (based on the trigger setup), therefore were not processed successfully

When you see a “warning icon āš ļø” next to a specific trigger, it means that more than 70% of rows failed in one import.

At the end of the table, you can choose the number of results that appear on the page (from 10 to 100) and move to other results available on other pages.

Each row allows you to:
View: In a new window, you can scroll through all the imported rows with all the available information.
Download the “delivered” report: export of an .xls table with all the rows that were processed successfully, and the feedback request reached the customer/employee.
Download the “undelivered” report: export of an .xls table with all the rows that failed and were not processed, therefore did not reach the customer/employee, together with the Reason for processing failure.

The second table on the page shows the same data, but for imported feedback instead of requested feedback. Here’s the difference between these two types of feedback collection:
Requested feedback: Feedback requests are sent to specific customers through defined channels (end-to-end process managed within Staffino).
Imported feedback: Feedback collected outside of Staffino is imported into the platform, without sending any requests (external feedback made visible in the platform).
