The Flow Editor page is linked to the settings of the flow (survey) you distribute to collect feedback. A flow consists of a set of questions or elements designed to gather relevant feedback from your customers or employees.

Let us now guide you through the Flow Editor page, starting with a description of the flow “blocks”.

The flow block consists of the following information:

  • Name: The name usually represents the campaign name for which the flow is created.
  • Version: The published version is live and set on production, while the draft tells you the flow is in the making.
  • Language: List of languages in which the flow is created.
  • Create and last edited dates: DThe date of the last edit of the flow, together with the flow creation date.
  • Questions: The number of questions in the flow.
  • Responses: The number of feedback already gathered from the flow.
