Deleting a Flow
Deleting a Flow is a straightforward process that can be accomplished through the “Flow Editor” tab in the campaign’s main menu. There are two different methods for deleting a Flow:
1. Open the flow, click on the “context menu (three dots)” in the top right corner of the flow, and choose the “Delete” option.

2. Choose the “Delete” option in the “context menu (three dots)” in the top right corner of the flow block.

In any case, a new window appears where you can confirm your decision to delete the flow. After your confirmation, the flow will be successfully deleted.

It is important to note that once you delete any flow for which you have already collected feedback, the feedback will still be visible in the Results and Feedback Management for the time period when the flow was still live.
Please note that once you delete a flow used in the currently running campaign, it will also be removed from the Campaign Trigger. Therefore, no imports will be processed successfully until a new flow is added to the campaign trigger.
