Restoring a Flow

Estimated reading: 2 min 31 views

If you deleted any flow by mistake, you can simply restore it.

First, open the “Flow Editor” tab in the campaign’s main menu.

Once you’re in there, locate the context menu (three dots) at the top right corner. From there, select “Restore flow” to initiate the restoration process.

You will be redirected to a new page where all your organisation’s deleted flows are located with the following information:

  • the name of the flow
  • the number of feedback collected through the flow
  • the number of questions in the flow
  • the date of the flow creation
  • the date of the flow removal

You can sort the list based on any of the parameters above.

If you want to restore a specific flow, hover over the row it is placed in and click on the context menu (three dots). Choose the “Restore” option from the dropdown. Confirm your action in the pop-up window, and your flow will be restored.

If you want to restore more flows at once, use the checkbox to select more rows. Then, click on the “Action” button and restore all selected flows. Once you confirm the action, all chosen flows will be restored.

Now that we have successfully restored a data source, let’s get it back into use by setting up the Campaign Triggers.

You can delete restored flows anytime.
