Once your E2E testing is complete, it’s time for the official launch of your Staffino setup. The launch process is designed to be gradual and closely monitored, so we can ensure everything runs smoothly from day one.

⚠️ Note: Launch days are always scheduled for Monday or Tuesday, which gives both your team and Staffino time for monitoring and quick adjustments if needed.

Data Readiness and Scheduling

The launch starts when your data is ready.
Client responsibility: Inform the Staffino PM once your data set is ready for upload.
Outcome: A launch date and time are agreed. Staffino assigns a dedicated person for live process monitoring.

Launch Day 1: Initial Data Set

We begin small to make sure everything works correctly.
Client responsibility: Send a smaller data set (e.g., 100 interactions or 10% of your target volume) via the chosen transfer channel (API or SFTP).
Staffino responsibility: Monitor data processing, request distribution, and feedback recording in the application.

Confirmation of Initial Data Set
Both sides check that the first upload was successful.
Outcome: Staffino and the client confirm by email that the initial data set was processed as expected.
If there are issues: E2E testing is repeated, and a new launch date is set.
If successful: We continue with a larger data set on Day 2.

Launch Day 2: Larger Data Set

We increase the volume to further validate stability.
Client responsibility: Send a larger data set (e.g., 30% of the target volume).
Staffino responsibility: Continue monitoring data processing, request distribution, and feedback recording.

Confirmation of Larger Data Set
Both teams validate the results once again.
Outcome: Staffino and the client confirm by email that the larger data set was processed as expected.

Launch Day 3: Regular Data Transfer

With successful initial days, you can now switch to regular data transfer.
Client responsibility: Activate the regular transfer process on your side.
Staffino responsibility: Monitor data processing, request distribution, and feedback recording for the next 2–3 days.

Launch Confirmation

The launch is finalized and your system is live.
Staffino and the client confirm by email that the launch was successfully completed.
The project moves into Hyper Care/BAU (Business As Usual) phase.

The gradual, step-by-step launch ensures that any issues can be caught early without affecting your full customer base.
