APK Installation for KIOSK Feedback Collection

Before you start with the APK file installation, find the “Installation instructions” e-mail with all relevant information from our team:

• all short URLs for existing venues together with the store IDs
• attached StaffinoKiosk APK file
• up-to-date tablet setup manual with images

These are the tablet specifications for a successful launch:

• processor min. quad-core 1 GHz
• operating system Android 10 or newer
• RAM min. 4 GB
• internal storage min. 16 GB

If the installation instruction email has reached your inbox and the tablet meets the requirements, you can proceed with the following:

1. Download the Application
   Locate the Staffino-Kiosk APK file from the email attachment or upload the file to your cloud storage for easier access. If using a cloud service, retrieve the file via the cloud URL.
2. Follow the Manual
   Refer to the tablet setup manual attached to the installation e-mail for detailed steps and screenshots.
3. Install and Configure the Application
   Open the APK file on your tablet and install the Staffino app. Then, click on the “Set URL Link” button. You might be requested to select the relevant country from the dropdown list.
   Afterwards, enter the store’s short URL in the input field (example of the store’s short URL: ma0401)
4. Verify Installation
   A survey should appear upon successful installation.

All done, you are ready to start collecting feedback through the KIOSK.
